Shipping & Delivery Policy

Once your order has been shipped White Canva will not accept any responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package.

For other order issues, when you received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please reach out to us at as soon as you receive the package and email a photo image of the wrong or damaged product and a receipt photo.

Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days on average (on some occasions some products can take longer, maximum up to 5-7 business days), depending on the supplier’s order volumes, especially during festive seasons. 

If you purchase an item over the weekend or a public holiday (please note the public holiday days may differ depending on where the product shipped from), your parcel will be processed on the next business day and shipped out within 1-3 business days on average.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track Your Order code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

We appreciate your patience as most products are hand-made and hand-crafted with love and care which may prolong its processing times as noted above.

Order Cancellation

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.  Please contact us by email at within 24 hours of order placement. as processing times from our suppliers are generally very quick.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped.

Shipping Address Changes 

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible and include your new shipping address. We can change the address to the new one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of the address submission.

Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore. If your order had already shipped, we'd recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier to have your package intercepted and redirected to the correct address.

An incorrect address submission

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

The shipment was returned to the supplier due to an incorrect address

Please carefully check your delivery address to avoid entry error as White Canva is not responsible for the errors in the delivery address and you have to pay for re-delivery or the full refund will be issued at your request, less the shipping cost.

Damages/wrong products and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For a damaged product or a wrong product, we will request for photos to be submitted as proof to effectively communicate this with the supplier and help process the refund. If the claim is approved, the supplier is responsible for paying the return shipping charges and for replacing or refunding the order.

If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, the recipient must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.

Missing or lost order

 In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but the recipient claims that they did not receive the item, the recipient must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly. Your order shall be deemed delivered and in satisfactory condition if you do not report the issue to us within the time frame.

White Canva is not liable for parcels that show as delivered and go missing. This will have to be taken up with the delivery supplier.

Be aware that these longer delivery times (sometimes beyond the maximum period) can be caused when your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or other festive seasons and, or unforeseeable weather/climate/human factor events affecting delivery routes.

White Canva is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international carriers to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Custom Duty & Taxes

Customs duties and taxes vary from place to place. International delivery fees do not include local duties and taxes. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. For instance, when ordering from Australia, for most goods with a value of AUD1000 or less there are no duties, taxes or charges to pay (excludes items like tobacco, tobacco products or alcoholic beverages, regardless of their value).For goods with a value over AUD1000 you must pay all relevant duties, taxes and other charges, including an import processing charge. White Canva is not responsible for any extra fees, customs, or back charges once the package has exited the country of the product’s origin and is your responsibility as the receiver to pay if charged or debate its refund directly with the custom authorities.

Shipping Restrictions

Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a PO BOX or to a MILITARY ADDRESS.

The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer if there is change of mind or wrong address entry. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that your refund might take up to 15 days to appear on your bank account/card.
