Refunds & Returns Policy

We have a 14-30 days return policy, which means you have 14 or 30 days (depending on a product’s refund policy) to request a return after receiving your item. Some items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable regardless their status reflected in the section "Exceptions / non-returnable items" unless defective or wrong item is received.

Therefore, please kindly check an item's eligibility for a return (as described in the relevant section or it can be also be mentioned in the product's description) when ordering online. However, the supplier will provide a return/refund for any damaged or defective item as long as an immediate photo proof is taken with an original receipt attached and emailed to info@whitecanva.com  strictly within the 3 days of the item being received.

To start a return or to check its eligibility and return deadlines times if unsure, simply contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving order at info@whitecanva.com, so we can smoothly organize it with a supplier in agreed manner.

Damages/wrong products and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You simply contact us and provide us a picture of the damaged product, let us know the order number.

 For a damaged product or a wrong product, we request for photos to be submitted as proof to effectively communicate this with the supplier and help process the refund or replacement. If the claim is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label to you to return the product to the supplier if required.

If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, the recipient must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.

The shipment was returned to the supplier due to an incorrect address

Please carefully check your delivery address to avoid entry error as White Canva is not responsible for the errors in the delivery address and you have to pay for re-delivery or the full refund will be issued at your request, less the shipping cost.

Late order processing  

Please note that a supplier may sometimes require more time to fulfil orders such as during high-volume orders during festive seasons. We will appreciate your patience in these instances to allow the supplier to fulfil your order later than normal.

If you would like to receive your item before any special occasion/event, please allow considerate time for your orders shipping time due to above mentioned reasons.

If you purchase an item over the weekend or a public holiday (please note the public holiday days may differ depending on where the product shipped from), your parcel will be processed on the next business day and shipped out within 3 (maximum 5-7) business days.

We appreciate your patience as most products are hand-made and hand-crafted with love and care which may prolong its processing times as noted above.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized, monogrammed, special-order items), items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return, and personal care goods if the seal or packaging has been broken. Jewellery, hats, make-up and toiletries: these items can't be returned for hygiene reasons and this may be extended to items such as underwear and swimwear. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges/Returns

We do not offer exchanges on purchased products.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

If in the event that you simply changed your mind, you can ship the product back within 14-30 days (depending on a product’s refund policy) of receiving the product and they will be refunded. Please check if an item is eligible for the refund when ordering online. We strongly recommend to email to info@whitecanva.com within 3- 5 days of receiving your item with the request for a refund or replacement (if any is applicable for your ordered item) so we can facilitate it with a supplier as soon as possible.

Please note that you will have to pay the extra shipping cost and provide a tracking number to us.

 When purchasing garments online please select carefully by checking our size guides and description of each garment as we do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect fit. 

  • Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed and not altered 
  • Jewellery, hats, and swimwear may not be returned due to hygiene reasons unless deemed faulty 
  • WhiteCanva reserves the right to reject items which are not received in the same condition in which they were purchased
  • The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
  • Once we receive the package and it is approved for a refund after the inspection, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund, less the shipping cost.

Customs duty refunds and drawbacks

In certain circumstances, the legislation allows for refunds or drawbacks of duty paid, however these are very specific situations and you will not qualify if you:

  • change your mind
  •  they don’t fit
  •  you do not like them

Import Processing Charges are not refundable.

WhiteCanva is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the receiver to pay if charged or debate its refund directly with the custom authorities.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
